These gnarly looking cookies are a mash up of choc chip, peanut butter and oatmeal cookies They're crispy on the edges and chewy inside, littered with bright M&M's and melty chocolate chips, and are as fun to make as they are to eat! Feel free to use any add-ins of choice, like toffee chips, nuts, dried fruit, 1 1/2 cups in total.
Ingredients

- rolled oats135 g
- bicarbonate soda — 1 tsp4.5 g
- salt — ¼ tsp1.5 g
- unsalted butter — cut into chunks125 g
- smooth peanut butter205 g
- egg1 ea
- vanilla extract — 1 tsp5 ml
- brown sugar200 g
- M&Ms — some reserved for topping235 g
- dark chocolate chips — some reserved for topping110 g

Gluten-free
- 150 g gluten-free plain flour instead of plain flour
- 135 g gluten-free rolled oats instead of rolled oats
Chill the dough for 10 minutes before rolling, as gluten-free flour makes it a little softer; bake for the same 15 minutes.
