A quick one-skillet breakfast of lean ground beef cooked with Mediterranean spices and softly folded eggs.

paprika — ½ tsp1.3 g

fresh parsley — chopped, for serving4 g

Method

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef, seven spice, cinnamon, paprika, salt and black pepper and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
