Chocolate Raspberry Baked Donuts

Oats, zucchini and apple carry the sweetness so the sugar does not have to.

- Dark chocolate chips90 g
- Frozen raspberries125 g
Method
- Heat the oven to 175C and grease a donut tray.
- Grate the zucchini and mash the drained tinned apple with a fork.
- Mix the flour, oats, cacao and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Stir in the mashed apple, maple syrup, vanilla, melted coconut oil and grated zucchini until combined.

- 90 g Dairy-free dark chocolate chips instead of Dark chocolate chips

- 150 g Gluten-free self-raising flour instead of Wholemeal self-raising flour
- 90 g Gluten-free quick oats instead of Quick oats
The gluten-free batter is more delicate; bake for the full 25 minutes and let the donuts cool completely in the tray before turning them out.

- 90 g Dairy-free dark chocolate chips instead of Dark chocolate chips
