A delicious twist on a simple berry smoothie, the addition of chopped raw beetroot not only provides vibrant colour, but also extra nutrients, making it an ideal way to start the day. The combination may sound strange, but trust us - it tastes amazing!

Ingredients
- banana — roughly chopped1 ea
- chia seeds12 g
- oat milk150 ml
- frozen mixed berries100 g
- raw beetroot — peeled and diced50 g
- cashew butter16 g
- maple syrup — optional5 ml
Method
- Tip all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
