Ingredients

White fish fillets600 g
Potatoes800 g
Frozen peas300 g
Butter40 g
Lemons2 ea
Olive oil20 ml

Method

Heat the oven to 200C. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 18-20 minutes until tender.
Place the fish on a lined tray, drizzle with the oil, season, and top with thin lemon slices.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
Add the peas to the potatoes for the last 3 minutes, then drain and crush roughly with the butter.
Serve the fish on the crushed potatoes with the remaining lemon squeezed over.
